We are situated close to Penzance train and bus station and all local amenities, but in a quiet location. ROOMS - All rooms are comfortably furnished, with LCD TV and DVD/CD player. Freeview is available in all rooms. alarm clock and hairdrier are provided. A free DVD library is available for guests' use. Complimentary tray consists of coffee, tea, decaff, herbal tea, biscuits and hot chocolate. BREAKFAST - We offer a good variety of cereals, fruit juice, fruit segments and toast, together with a varied menu of cooked breakfasts, including Full English. We do cater for vegetarians, together with those with special dietary needs. Please let us know at time of booking any special foods required. CHECK IN/OUT - Guests can check in as early as they wish and leave luggage if their room is not ready. Rooms are normally ready by midday. We ask that rooms are vacated by 10am on morning of departure, but luggage can be left for picking up later in the day. Check-ins after 2130 hrs must be agreed by us at time of booking. PAYMENT - We accept payment by cash, cheque and most major debit/credit card, including American Express. Please note we charge 3% for payment by credit and American Express cards.There is no charge for cheques and debit cards. DISCOUNTS - We offer 10% discount for stays of 7 or more nights all the year round.

Chy Morvah, meaning ‘house by the sea’ is an appropriate name for this seaside hotel. Views from the lounge and dining room extend across the golden sands of St Ives Bay to the lighthouse at Godrevy Point. The house, designated non-smoking, has 37 en-suite bedrooms, equipped with a hairdryer, clock radio and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. Televisions and telephones are not provided in the bedrooms. Guests can relax in the three lounges, bar or conservatory. The outdoor heated swimming pool is open from May to September inclusive and guests can also enjoy putting outdoors or pool and table tennis in the indoor games room. Meals are served in an informal, friendly atmosphere at tables for up to eight guests. A three-course dinner is served at 7 to 7.30pm for a charge of 18 GBP per person. If you would like to dine at the country house please contact the house before 6pm to make your dinner reservation. A choice of full English or continental breakfast is offered. To allow you to make the most of your touring or walking holiday, a self-select picnic lunch can be provided for the small charge of 10 GBP per person. Free car parking is available. Please notify the country house in advance if you intend to arrive after 10.30pm. Bedrooms are available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. This country house is an excellent base for those on an activity or walking holiday. Nearby attractions include The Lizard Peninsula and Lands End, the Eden Project, 45 miles away and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, 39 miles away.
